Topics explored are hotel organization, marketing, ethics, revenue management, and human resources. Skills needed to service diverse and inclusive markets equitably are identified. The opportunity to understand how to manage and lead in the hospitality industry is offered through site visits and guest speakers. Potential career paths are identified. 3 Credits.
