DescriptionFurther development of writing skills, with additional exposure to library research. Students produce a minimum of four longer papers, with emphasis on critical thinking, academic research, audience awareness, critical reading, unity, coherence and style. Papers give practice in making reference to readings from a variety of academic disciplines, including literature. Students will demonstrate the ability to read with increased understanding and insight. Prerequisite: EN 101
