| Description | The Nursing Transition course was designed to facilitate successful entry of the Licensed Practical Nurse and Paramedic graduate accepted into the Advanced Placement Option of the Associate Degree in Nursing Program offered at MassBay Community College. The Nursing Transition course explores nursing concepts and skills necessary to successfully transition from the LPN /Paramedic roles to the Registered Nurse role. This course must be successfully completed prior to enrolling in the second semester of the first year of the Associate Degree in Nursing Program. Prerequisites: Acceptance into the Associate Degree in Nursing Program. |
